We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support at our office, where our senior executives are based.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, personalized IT support to senior executives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Set up and configure devices, including laptops, mobile phones, and tablets.
  • Ensure seamless operation of video conferencing and presentation systems.
  • Manage and support office IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and security systems.
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement and support new technologies.
  • Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a white glove support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are a plus.
