Compensation: $100K - $200K annually

Responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Leader:
- Solicit bids and recruit subcontractors

- Generate business and identify leads from both existing and potential customer databases
- Collaborate with lenders, banks, and financial institutions
- Estimate project costs and ensure timely and budget-compliant job completion
- Create layouts using AutoCAD
- Interpret and analyze blueprints
Qualifications for the Commercial Sales Leader:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, sales, or estimation within the commercial construction field
- Degree in engineering, sales management, construction, or a related discipline
