Territory Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to fill the position of Territory Growth Specialist at Shaw Industries. As a Territory Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your designated territory, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and driving sales revenue growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the residential flooring industry and its key players. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your designated territory through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies and techniques to meet sales goals and activities as indicated by the National Inside Sales Manager.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales information and goals, competitive market conditions, and product needs to continually develop a keen awareness of what is happening within their designated geographic area.
**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Requirements:*** High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree or higher education preferred.* 2+ years of sales experience or B.S. in Marketing or related field.* Ability to learn Salesforce, and other Shaw systems necessary for the position.
