About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Youth Care Professional to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing a nurturing environment for children who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist children with their individualized plans for daily living, ensuring their safety, health, and well-being.
  • Plan and participate in community outings, shop for necessities, and schedule and transport children to doctor's appointments and other important activities.
  • Collaborate with the shift supervisor to maintain a clean, compassionate, and therapeutic environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • One year of child welfare experience working with children and/or adolescents required
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $20.25-$23.58
  • Experience credit applied in addition to base pay
  • $1,000 sign on bonus (1/2 paid in your first paycheck and the other 1/2 after 90 days of hire)
  • $1,500 annual increase for Master degree
