Job Description

CoreView is a global leader in effortless M365 security, governance, and administration. As the AR Manager at CoreView, you will take a hands-on role in all AR activities and own and manage all aspects of the AR process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper customer onboarding and set-up within accounting systems.
  • Confirm accuracy of enterprise billing and monthly usage-based billing.
  • Work with customer relationship owners to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
  • Manage the customer follow-up and collections process.
  • Manage billing systems to ensure proper product set up for various billing arrangements.
  • Provide expertise and insight into process improvements, new systems, and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for billing reporting and reconciliation to the general ledger.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience managing billing/AR team.
  • Strong understanding of the AR function.
  • Strong communication skills capable of clear presentation to subordinates and senior management.
  • Technically proficient in the use of MS Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.
