Job Title: Project Superintendent

Bayland Buildings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to oversee multiple projects in the Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a design/build setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project activities in the field, including customer relations and quality control
  • Assist Project Managers in assembling and directing field operations, including in-house crew resources, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Control project schedules and participate in safety initiatives
  • Provide and review detailed weekly schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Responsible for daily activity reporting on the site
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Supervisory, Foreman, or related field
  • Well-versed in verbal and written communications, MS Office, and construction terminology
  • Associates degree in the Construction trade preferred but not required
