  • Client Communication: Address client concerns or issues promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Travel and Representation: Constantly visit properties, maintaining a well-groomed, professional appearance, and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in operations, customer service, and team management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
