Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott International team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of department heads to ensure effective execution of hotel operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
