Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients, visitors, and guests of Coda Search│Staffing. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure prompt delivery of information.
  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of various software platforms, including CRM and VoIP.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Previous receptionist, call center, or administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Professional and compassionate interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain information with a high level of accuracy.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Familiarity with various software platforms, including CRM and VoIP.
Desired Skills/Abilities:
  • Salesforce experience, particularly with Litify or other legal CRMs.
  • High volume/fast-paced contact center experience.
  • Legal experience working in personal injury, products liability, class action/mass torts.
  • Two or four-year college degree.
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
