Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Engage with clients to assess their service requirements and suggest suitable solutions
  • Organize service appointments and manage loaner vehicle arrangements as necessary
  • Keep clients informed about their service status and any additional recommendations
  • Maintain thorough records of all service interactions and completed tasks
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
  • Promote additional services and maintenance plans to enhance revenue
  • Oversee inventory levels of service supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive field is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in computer skills and data entry
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
