In your capacity as a **Senior Knowledge Analyst**, you will also support the commercialization of our **Ecommerce Marketplace** services, collaborating with business leaders to enhance proposals, client workshops, and marketing initiatives. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in developing intellectual property and resources for the business, as well as mentoring and training junior colleagues based on your specialized knowledge.

BCG's **Ecommerce Marketplace** team is dedicated to assisting clients in identifying new growth opportunities, whether through launching proprietary Ecommerce platforms or optimizing performance on established third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Lazada). As a **Subject Matter Expert**, you will draw upon your experience in digital customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and category growth strategies within Ecommerce environments. Your background in sectors such as Telecom, Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Travel, Hospitality, or B2B will be advantageous.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Formulating digital marketing strategies, including SEO, online advertising, and conversion optimization

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of **2 years** of consulting experience in Ecommerce digital marketing, SEO, online advertising, and growth strategy; consulting experience is highly preferred
  • If lacking consulting experience, at least **3 years** of relevant industry experience is required; **4-6 years** of industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform marketing and commercial strategies aimed at driving digital growth in Ecommerce
  • A **Bachelor's Degree** is required (an advanced degree is preferred)
  • Fluency in **English** is essential; proficiency in additional languages may be required in specific locations
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

As a **Senior Knowledge Analyst**, you will engage directly with clients and collaborate with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. During periods between projects, you will work alongside global topic leaders and colleagues across BCG to apply your expertise and capabilities in service of both internal and external clients. The **Knowledge Team (KT)** is composed of functional and industry experts who utilize their deep domain knowledge to provide insights for case teams and clients. KT members are aligned with BCG Practice Areas, actively contributing to the strategic agenda and developing cutting-edge intellectual property, data tools, and assets to deliver valuable insights.

Members of BCG's Knowledge Team have the opportunity to be involved in case work, co-creating insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivering proprietary data or tools in specific functions, and conducting comprehensive research and analysis of market information. KT members also support business development and proposals for Practice Areas and help organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver exceptional business value to its clients.
