We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at AxisCare. As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of customer data to our system, helping home care agencies deliver exceptional care.

You will map, cleanse, and import sensitive data with precision, working closely with both customers and internal teams to meet project deadlines.

This is an in-office role with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, innovative company. Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data manipulation is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring new customers' data is accurately and quickly transferred from their historical system to their AxisCare system
  • Designing solutions for placing customers' historical data into their new AxisCare system and preserving as much of the original data as possible
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional way about data migration and following up on their data migration to ensure successful onboarding
  • Creating AxisCare e-forms from customer orders as required with new or existing customers
Requirements
  • Experience serving customers and excellent problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data manipulation
