Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pilgrim's. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to employee onboarding, data management, and communication.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You will be responsible for processing enrollment forms, pay change requests, and other confidential documents. Additionally, you will assist with the administration of various programs, including benefits enrollment and performance evaluations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Assist new employees with the onboarding process, including setting up files, obtaining badges, and enrolling them in company programs.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, and attendance.
- Communication: Distribute important information to employees, such as policy updates, benefits information, and company news.
- Payroll Administration: Verify payroll entries and changes, ensuring accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to higher-level personnel.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of company benefits, including enrollment and changes.
- Performance Evaluations: Assist with the administration of performance evaluations, including scheduling and preparing reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Pilgrim's. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
