Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate School Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to students with diverse needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct care and support to students with special needs, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to ensure students' medical needs are met and documented.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- 1 year of verifiable experience as a School Licensed Vocational Nurse within the last 3 years.
- Valid School Licensed Vocational Nurse credential/license or in process in the state of practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other professionals to achieve shared goals.
