Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing professional nursing direct patient care and promoting a collaborative approach towards patients, families, and the care delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
- Leadership
- Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
- Quality and Safety
- Participate in the development and maintenance of established hospital policies, procedures, and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection prevention programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing required.
- BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
- Experience
- Two years of recent RN acute care experience required within the last 5 years.
- Experience in inpatient or outpatient behavioral health/psychiatry/community-based mental health settings preferred.
- Licensure and Certification
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state in which the nurse will be practicing.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at date of hire.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
