Position Overview
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting them throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and guiding guests to their accommodations.
  • Opening doors and providing assistance to guests as they arrive and depart.
  • Informing guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and managing luggage storage.
  • Assisting guests with vehicle entry and exit, including loading and unloading luggage.
  • Providing directions and arranging transportation services as needed.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Communicate parking procedures and other relevant information to guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Engage with guests using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects, as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
No prior experience necessary.

Supervisory Experience:
Not required.

Licenses or Certifications:
None required.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour, with additional benefits including health care, retirement plans, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on company policies.
