- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and other kitchen staff to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that the dining room runs smoothly.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining room, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Schedule: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and basic verbal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly and efficiently, and lift up to 40 pounds.
