**Job Overview**

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a highly skilled Contract Program Manager to lead our SOW initiatives. This role will provide program management oversight to contractor staff and report status and issues to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).

**Responsibilities**

  • Meet monthly with Cybersecurity leadership team to review the Monthly Contract Status Report.
  • Oversee and coordinate efforts for all contractor personnel supporting this contract.
  • Serve as point of contact between the contractor staff and COR, or other duly authorized representative of the Government.
  • Execute technical assignments issued within the terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Provide timely updates to Cybersecurity leadership and COR of any problems or concerns.

**Requirements**

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in an advanced program management role supporting the Federal government.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required, Master's degree preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
