Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to join our team at Unity Health Care. Responsibilities
  • Grant and Contract Management: Oversee the process of seeking and managing grants and contracts from federal, local government, and private sources.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with program leadership to develop effective programs that align with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in public health, health care administration, or a related field required.
  • Experience: Five years of grant/contract writing and management experience, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
