Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role in achieving revenue targets by promoting training and professional development services through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve established monthly sales goals.
- Engage in daily outbound prospecting activities, including calls and emails, to generate leads.
- Conduct in-depth consultative discussions with clients to identify their needs and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly assess their immediate and long-term training and professional development requirements by asking insightful questions.
- Maintain essential metrics and meet key performance indicators.
- Evaluate, qualify, and nurture incoming leads.
- Design tailored solutions for clients.
- Request referrals from clients to other departments.
- Utilize CRM and other company systems with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive written proposals and pricing estimates.
- Deliver presentations and briefings to clients as necessary.

- A minimum of three years of experience in business-to-business sales.
