Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide to join our team at Rosewalk Village of Lafayette. As a Therapy CNA/Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform restorative functions with residents under the clinical supervision of the MDS coordinator, MDS assistant, or designated licensed nurse.
  • Assist in the provision of quality, resident care activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Complete assigned non-skilled activities under supervision.
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with residents.

Requirements:
  • Must be CNA certified.
