Job Description

As a Client Relationship Manager at MC Management, you will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' growth through innovative customer service, sales, and marketing strategies. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to engage our consumer audience in acquisitions and existing accounts creatively, without requiring prior experience.

About the Job

You will be responsible for driving sales growth through regular contact and introducing our clients' specific products and services to customers. Key responsibilities include creating product proposals tailored to customers' individual needs, cultivating relationships directly with all customer accounts, and supporting collaboration with other team members to ensure quality work and meet KPIs. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's success by retaining customer accounts through solution-based selling and recommending customized solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present tailored product offerings to customers based on their specific needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Drive revenue growth by introducing our clients' products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess an Associate's Degree or 4-year diploma and have 1-3 years of Customer Account Management, Sales, Client Facing, and/or entry-level experience. You must be comfortable engaging with customers directly, have high attention to detail when managing accounts, and excel in written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills quickly, as well as excellent time management and follow-up skills.
