This role places a significant focus on delivering outstanding customer service to our patients.
You will be responsible for ensuring effective patient scheduling, maintaining positive telephone communication, and achieving customer satisfaction in alignment with the mission of Cooper University Hospital.
As the primary contact for incoming patients, you will greet, register, schedule appointments, collect point-of-service copays, and provide essential information to patients and their families utilizing the AIDET framework. The ability to stay organized, take initiative, and embody Cooper's values when interacting with both customers and colleagues is essential. Additionally, you will act as the patient's non-clinical guide during the discharge process.Experience Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Familiarity with shipping and receiving, management principles, and personnel management is beneficial.
Education Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
