We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Professional to join our team at SEI Group, LLC.

Job Summary

This role will involve working with builders and purchasing departments to ensure accurate take-offs and schedules for installation work.

You will be responsible for reviewing builder portals, scheduled work, and purchase orders to identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review builder portals and scheduled work to ensure accuracy
  • Compare purchase orders to requested scheduled work
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies in take-offs and schedules
  • Communicate with builders and purchasing departments to obtain corrected information
  • Work closely with each department to ensure that take-offs are present for all scheduled work
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction sales
  • Ability to read building plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include bonuses, commissions, and opportunities for career advancement.
