Construction Professional Development Opportunity

Ruppert Landscape Construction offers a 10-12 week paid internship with rotational components for individuals currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Program OverviewWe provide a customized program to help you explore interests within the organization and all facets of our branch operations. You will gain exposure by shadowing various departments including Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams.
You will acquire cross-training across various functions to familiarize with all aspects of branch operations. A dedicated mentor is assigned to oversee your schedule, provide feedback, and offer support throughout the duration of the program.
You will receive guidance in various areas including team building, professional development, leadership, soft skills, and management skills. The ability to contribute to team efforts, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and gain valuable insights into teamwork dynamics.
Housing assistance is provided, as well as opportunities for full-time employment after graduation. You will create the ability to build a network while interacting with other interns, team members, and foster new relationships.
