Job Overview

The Construction Company is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Specialist to join its team. This role will involve overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

About the Role:

  • Execute procurements and contract administration of construction site services and utilities
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with contract terms and work with subcontractor personnel to promote safe and effective site operations
  • Represent the company on cross-functional project teams and act as a subject matter expert in resolving technical obstacles
  • Ensure engineering and customer objectives are met against performance metrics
  • Develop budgets for future system integrations based on historical data and pricing trends

Key Requirements:

  • A working knowledge of regulatory requirements for the construction industry is required
  • Experience serving as Owner's Project Representative, including working effectively with client and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstration of continuing professional development initiatives
  • Ability to travel to other sites across the country as needed
  • Ability to independently work to drive solutions to issues
