About Cayer Behavioral Group

Cayer Behavioral Group is a leading provider of pediatric ABA and OT services, dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Brand Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Cayer Behavioral Group at community events, conferences, and other public forums to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Participate in marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, newsletters, and other promotional activities.
  • Community Education: Conduct presentations and workshops to educate the community about ABA therapy and our services.
  • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and the community to inform and improve our services and brand strategy.
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Direct ABA Therapy: Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee the implementation of treatment plans by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Supervision and Mentorship: Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide hands-on training for new employees and engage in parent training.
  • Client Communication: Maintain all parent communication for current clients and maintain Behavior Support Plan Updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain communication with current client's team of RBTs and maintain Teams chats and Rethink teams.
  • Assessments and Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation (data, programs, reinforcer systems, behavior protocols, etc.).
Qualifications
  • BCBA Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
Preferred Skills
  • Brand Ambassador Experience: Experience in a brand ambassador or similar role.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of marketing and public relations principles.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Bilingual Abilities: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
