As a Senior Designer at Ad Hoc LLC, you will play a key role in shaping the digital services landscape for the federal government. With a focus on user-centered design, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing design strategies that align with program goals and objectives
  • Leading the delivery of design work, including discovery artifacts, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements in design processes and practices
  • Providing coaching and guidance to designers to help them grow in their roles

As a Senior Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing user interfaces to developing design systems. You will be responsible for working with users to support the development of effective designs and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the program's design strategy.

Our customers include the General Services Administration, Office of Personnel Management, PAN Foundation, Library of Congress, Social Security Administration, Health and Human Services, and the USDA Forest Service.
