About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Finance and Franchise Feasibility & Investments team at Choice Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to support feasibility projects that align with the financial goals of Choice and its franchisees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to provide investment recommendations for franchise development and feasibility projects.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models, including cash flow waterfalls, to evaluate the viability of new hotel franchise projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market and asset data, and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to management and the Board of Directors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and modeling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and/or investment analysis.
  • Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
