Account Executive, SMB Sales Specialist

As a key player in our SMB Sales team, you'll need to not only meet but exceed monthly sales quotas by conquering accounts in your assigned geographic territory.

Use solution-based selling techniques to showcase the unmatched value of T-Mobile products and services. Be the architect of tailor-made recommendations that close deals.

Lead Generation Excellence:

  • Under the mentorship of your sales manager, be a lead generation maestro through field-based prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Creative Sales Approaches:

  • Devise and implement creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals that set you apart in the industry.

Training and Development:

  • Work closely with leadership to hone your skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Participate in training opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of verifiable successful business customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment.
  • Dynamic Task Management: Thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, showcasing outstanding multitasking abilities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistent record of delivering outstanding customer service with acute attention to detail.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Showcase effective negotiating and closing skills that leave a lasting impression.

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in proposal writing: Proven experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations.
  • CRM Expertise: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. to manage and maintain customer records.
  • Forecasting and Funnel Management: 1+ years of experience leading and maintaining and accurate funnel of sales opportunities including staging, next steps, and close dates to support accurate sales forecasting.
