Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Position Type: Full-Time

Location/Work Type: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid - consultant should be onsite 3-days a week)


Job Description:

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud Business scenarios.

• At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce.com web services (preferably REST and SOAP) and other integration methods newly introduced in SFDC with 2 years of Team Lead experience.

• Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, components).

• Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud.

• Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML.

• As a Salesforce Platform Architect/ Tech Lead, responsible for designing and delivering implementations for enterprise-level customers using Salesforce products.

• Manage onshore and offshore teams of developers, admins, business analysts, and project managers.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions.

• Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.

• Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.

• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

• Write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
