Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Service Desk Professional to join our team at Wipfli LLP. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity.
  • Resolve issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of client systems and support policies and procedures.
  • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.
  • Escalate hardware and software issues per Service Desk policy.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Information Technology from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous role in providing positive customer service.
  • Prior computer system experience, including Windows Operating System and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Hardware maintenance and repair skills desired.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process and linear thinking.
  • Ability to know when to escalate or seek guidance on an issue or roadblock.
  • Ability to obtain certifications or work towards appropriate certifications.
  • Proven written and verbal skills are essential for this position.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
