Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the proper execution of all brand standards, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Train and develop team members to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Manage and lead operations crew during scheduled shifts, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, including BOH and FOH, to ensure timely and accurate execution of customer experiences.
  • Utilize data and resources to understand and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accountability for all in-house checks and cash balancing, adhering to corporate policy.
  • Apply inventory and cost control standards on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a schedule consistent with restaurant/bar volume.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with math aptitude.
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length.
  • Good sense of balance, ability to bend and kneel, and ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be 21 years old or older.
