Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for facilitating exceptional guest experiences, conveying the gratitude of our organization, and preserving the festive spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Service Activities: Enhance and enable the guest experience through proactive service initiatives.
  • Convey Gratitude: Express the appreciation of our organization to guests through personalized service practices.
  • Preserve Traditions: Share the festive, hospitable, and gracious spirit of Southern Brazilian traditions with every guest interaction.
  • Complete Shift Duties: Ensure seamless service transitions by completing beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.

Requirements

  • High Level of Endurance: Manage conflict and deal successfully with high-stress situations.
  • Physical Demands: Transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
  • Availability: Work weekends and holidays as required.

Compensation
