About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift position is a key leadership role within Talent Masters, responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations on 2nd shift in our Ripon, WI facilities. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Process Execution: Execute the maintenance process, establish a reliability focus, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Technical Assistance and Training: Provide technical assistance and training to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Unit Goals and Objectives: Execute unit goals and objectives, supervising assigned personnel and directing day-to-day activities on their assigned shift.
  • Safety and Compliance: Create a safety culture, apply and implement workplace policies, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management is desirable, although significant experience and special training may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: At least 5 years maintenance experience in a skilled position and 2 or more years of experience as maintenance supervisor/team leader.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent organization and leadership skills, excellent teaming and communication skills, and the ability to work on several assignments simultaneously.
Physical Requirements
  • Stooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
