Resiliency is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Build strong relationships with team members, union representatives, and management to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of work orders, including hours worked and completion comments.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
- Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to scope corrective work orders and develop weekly schedules for shift technicians.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or Business Management (or significant experience and special training in lieu of a degree).
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position and 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with the ability to read and understand prints.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the functionality of equipment (stamping, automated fabrication, machining, paint process).
- Excellent organization and leadership skills.
- Excellent teaming and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to stoop, bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
