Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders, including hours worked and completion comments.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
  • Assist in scoping corrective work orders with maintenance planners and manage weekly schedules for shift technicians.
  • Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in maintenance operations, preferably with an associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management. Significant experience and special training may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.

At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position and 2 or more years of experience as a maintenance supervisor/team leader are required. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, as well as manufacturing processes and equipment functionality, is essential.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Excellent teaming and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-starter and team motivator.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to stoop, bend, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
