Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Toyota Kentucky. As a key member of our General Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, including testing, repairing, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Document maintenance activities and record-keeping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 2-year associate's degree in a related field and 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or 3 years of industrial maintenance/military experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in PLCs, computers, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
