Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on assigned equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall equipment performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs, maintenance schedules, and repair histories.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a maintenance or equipment operation role.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret technical documentation, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
