Job SummaryWe are seeking an Account Director to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The Account Director will be responsible for building and fostering client trust, managing client expectations, and establishing strong relationships with internal teams and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a direct liaison between clients, cross-functional leadership, and the Marketing Sciences team
- Active listening and articulation of client needs and feedback
- Builds and fosters client trust and effectively manages their feedback and requests
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with the Analytics agency partner
- Manages data reporting workflows, MarSci resourcing, and hours under/over burn
- Works with PM and MarSci leads on reporting timelines and tasks
- Manages MarSci projects, reports, data pulls, and data integrations
- Shares data and insights cross-functionally and finds integration points to other projects/workstreams
- Responsible for overall client satisfaction and service/product quality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in direct marketing, advertising, and/or digital marketing
- Strong background or 2+ years of experience in data analytics and working with analysts
- Previous integrated marketing account experience and/or CRM experience a plus
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player with outstanding communication, written, and presentation skills
- Basic exposure and/or foundational knowledge of database programs (Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, etc)
