We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at RCN Technologies, a dynamic and rapidly growing technology solutions company. As a Technology Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence, fostering team growth, and optimizing customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-achieving sales team to capture quarterly and annual recurring revenue gross add goals.
- Own individual sales territories, prospecting directly on strategically selected small and medium businesses.
- Run consultation meetings with those businesses, negotiating/booking contracts for our suite of connectivity solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and motivating employees.
- A four-year degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a relevant field.
- At least 1 year in a sales leadership position, with 3 years in a sales or consulting position (technology sales experience preferred; networking sales experience is a plus).
