We are seeking a skilled SaaS Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Midlab, Inc.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to expand our presence in the market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Identify Leads: Utilize cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Conduct Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Understand Client Needs: Collaborate with prospective clients to understand their specific business challenges and customize presentations and solutions to address their pain points.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, including qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technology teams to ensure clients are supported and satisfied post-sale.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, technology sales, or B2B sales (preferably in a related industry).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, software solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
