The Client Relationship Executive role at Data Intensity involves overseeing and enhancing an established portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively oversee the development, execution, and delivery of premium sales and services to a designated group of clients.
- Foster and cultivate a pipeline for new clientele through various prospecting techniques, including partnerships and self-generated leads.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline within the current customer base to strengthen relationships and expand core service offerings.
- Stay informed about relevant technologies and application landscapes to leverage knowledge in educating, assisting, and becoming a trusted advisor to the client portfolio.
- Facilitate internal communication within Data Intensity to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights to Data Intensity Management regarding market trends, customer preferences, pipeline expansion, and revenue through the use of sales tools and management discussions.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Proven ability to maintain and grow existing account relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Collaborative approach with internal teams.
- Ability to effectively learn and apply knowledge of technical products, services, and solutions.
- High energy and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment.
- Strong capability to motivate and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A college degree is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience in a large technical account setting, with a strong preference for experience in application services, managed services, consulting, and hardware/software solutions sales.
- Preference for candidates located in the Cincinnati area.
