At Security Innovation, we're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through targeted campaigns and outbound initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Account Executives to execute targeted campaigns and drive outbound growth within the region.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to uncover sales opportunities and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other sales mediums.
- Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to compile lists of potential leads to contact and develop email campaigns to attract new leads.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives and manage data in CRM and sales tools, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.
- A track record exceeding quota as an individual contributor and at least 2-3 years of experience in an outbound prospecting capacity.
- Well-versed in sales generation and lead qualification with a hungry, persistent, positive style and strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of personal initiative and comfortable juggling multiple assignments and working without a lot of direct supervision.
- Experience in Application Security or Cybersecurity, and/or Professional Services and experience with Salesforce and additional sales tools including Sales Navigator, and Salesloft.
