Position Responsibilities
We are in search of a talented and innovative Marketing Specialist to enhance our Marketing and Sales Departments. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating engaging promotional content, collaborating with colleagues to orchestrate logistics for trade show events, and delivering outstanding service to our clientele.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Email Campaigns: Design and implement high-quality email marketing initiatives using MailChimp, producing engaging content that effectively communicates our products' value and features to enhance brand visibility and engage our target market.
  • Content Development: Craft compelling product descriptions and blog articles that clearly convey product information.
  • Website Oversight: Create and refresh engaging web pages on our WordPress sites, ensuring responsiveness and adherence to SEO best practices.
  • Trade Show Management: Work with marketing colleagues to manage various aspects of trade show events, including registrations, advertisement design, lead management, travel arrangements, and ensuring successful event execution.
  • Creative Design: Develop impactful advertisements, brochures, presentations, graphics, and other promotional materials utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and PowerPoint, applying contemporary design principles.
  • Branded Merchandise: Collaborate with vendors to procure and manage company-branded items, ensuring all promotional materials align with our brand identity.
  • Video Production: Create and produce engaging marketing videos to inform customers about new products and features, enhancing user engagement.
  • Product Launch Support: Assist in all marketing initiatives related to the introduction of new HeinOnline products and services, ensuring optimal exposure and interest.
  • Social Media Strategy: Oversee and expand our company's social media presence on assigned platforms, driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support through various communication channels, assisting and resolving inquiries for our valued HeinOnline users.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the company's overall objectives.


Qualifications
Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong design, writing, and editing capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MailChimp or similar email marketing tools, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and PowerPoint. Experience with Elementor is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Creative problem solver with innovative thinking.

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of five years of experience in marketing, content creation, and digital communications.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.

Monday – Friday
Flexible hours available.

Salary Range
$55,000 to $68,000, commensurate with experience.
