Job Duties:
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate sourcing and recruitment processes to identify and attract top talent.
  • Staffing Management: Coordinate staffing changes for payroll and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries and requests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Policy Enforcement: Work with HR Rep Team Lead to enforce all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Learn to coordinate and conduct training programs throughout the year, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning company events as required, ensuring successful execution and employee engagement.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Under the guidance of HR Rep Team Lead, coordinate progressive discipline process and coaching & counseling.
  • Compliance Audits: Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Special Projects: Assist management with special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of HR experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook) and Dayforce preferred.
