Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to join our team at Tadich Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our beverage programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an aggressive pour cost and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the bar.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement beverage programs that align with the restaurant's vision.
  • Manage staff and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Run shifts in the absence of the General Manager and handle guest comments and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible products and pricing.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform menu engineering and pricing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Proven track record of success in managing beverage programs and staff.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
