Occupational Safety Specialist in Field Service

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Safety Specialist to join our team at Apex Dynamics in Offenburg. As a specialist in occupational safety, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Safety Strategies: Actively promote the development of occupational safety and health protection, reviewing organizational processes to ensure compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and proper practices.
  • Conduct Site Inspections and Risk Assessments: Conduct site inspections, implement concepts, and comply with legal obligations according to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and ASIG § 6. Create operating instructions and risk assessments, and implement suitable measures to avoid risks.
  • Provide Safety Advice: Provide advice on safety aspects in the design of workstations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless implementation of safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in occupational safety and health protection
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
