Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nitrogen Sales Representative to join our team at STEP Energy Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to position our nitrogen pumping equipment and industrial services division in the Permian and Gulf Coast regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales plan to increase revenue and market share for our nitrogen pumping equipment and industrial services division.
  • Establish and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with pipeline and plant managers to identify new business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze Client Needs: Understand client requirements and determine how our products and services can meet their needs.
  • Sell and Negotiate: Sell our products and services to clients and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
  • Competitor Intelligence: Gather information on competitor activities and opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Problem-Solving: Recommend solutions to product-related problems and facilitate the resolution of client issues.
  • Reputation Building: Develop a reputation for STEP Energy Services as a reliable, technical, innovative, and cost-effective nitrogen solution provider.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in relevant trade shows, industry associations, and client events to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Lead Generation: Provide qualified leads to the sales team to improve their ability to break down barriers with prospective clients.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide timely and accurate 30/60/90-day sales forecasts.
  • Professional Development: Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 Years Field Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of nitrogen services and their applications in target client operations.
  • Demonstrated Network: Established network of contacts within STEP Energy Services' target client list.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
