We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SMB Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

About the Role

This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be working closely with our marketing and coaching teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and other creative methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience selling high-ticket products or services, with a strong understanding of subscription-based models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
